AR15 A3 Upper Assembly includes 5.56 NATO, 16" Match Retro A-1 (lightweight) .625 dia. barrel, M4 cut extension, alignment pin installed, headspaced, predrilled gas port hole, Delta Assembly, barrel nut, delta assembly, carbine length gas tube, and gas tube roll pin, .625 round hand guard cap and .625 A2 (set screw type) front site base with bayo lug, site post hardware including sling swivel with rivet, A2 flash hider with crush washer. This individually parkerized assembly includes A3 flattop Receiver with charging handle (no bolt, bolt carrier). Handguard, bolt and carrier are optional and may be purchased separately. 4150 chrome moly vanadium Steel DEZ ARMS, INC. Match BARREL is an upgrade from production or mil spec barrels. The precision barrel with M4 cut extension, deep core drilling, pulled-button rifling process, hand lapped bore and 11º crowned barrel delivers pinpoint accuracy. Each barrel is concentrically cut and muzzle threaded ½ -28 R.H. twist to accept flash hiders/suppressors, stressed relieved, turned on center to prevent accuracy robbing distortion when the barrel heats up, and hardened to 26-33 Rc giving the barrel a long life. Exterior includes detailed contouring, rich dark black manganese phosphate finish (parkerized), and hand brushed oil. Our pulled-button rifling produces a superbly accurate bore diameter with uniform rate of twist. The match barrel is machined to tighter specifications producing a tighter fit for greater accuracy.
